The Erie County Health Department and Erie County Community Health Center have announced the addition of Dr. Sabrina Case to their dedicated dental care team, according to a news release.
With the addition of Case, the practice now has five full-time dentists, along with 14 support staff including dental assistants, expanded function dental assistants and dental hygienists to serve the community, the release said.
A native of Lorain County, Case has deep roots in northern Ohio and developed a strong passion for serving others early in her career, according to the release.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University before obtaining her doctor of dental surgery (DDS) from The Ohio State University.
During her time at Ohio State, Case was recognized for her outstanding clinical abilities, receiving the prestigious Award for Dental Excellence in Prosthodontics and the U.S. Public Health Service Dental Award of Excellence.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Sabrina Case to our team,” said Peter T. Schade, commissioner at the Erie County Health Department, in the release. “Her dedication to patient well-being, combined with her exceptional skills and gentle approach, make Dr. Case a tremendous asset to our
patients and the community.”
Case believes that trust, education and compassion are the foundations of excellent dental care, the release said.
Her warm, patient-centered philosophy ensures that every individual receives personalized and comfortable treatment, according to the release.
Outside of her professional life, Case enjoys cooking, painting and exploring the outdoors with her husband, Ethan, and their beloved dog, Ravioli, the release said.
Case is accepting patients at the Erie County Health Department main campus, 420 Superior St. in Sandusky.
